Please enter the intended print size of each image: (it is up to you to decide how big the graphics are supposed to be printed on the shirts).

Front Print Max front print size is 12.5"w x 16"h
Left Chest Print Average left chest print is 3.5" to 4" wide
Back Print Max front print size is 12.5"w x 16"h
Right Sleeve Print Max front print size is 3.5"w x 16"h
Left Sleeve Print Max front print size is 3.5"w x 16"h

Name of your artwork file:

Please name or rename your artwork file in the following format:
Your Band / Company Name (or abbreviation);
Short Description of what your image looks like;
and File type (i.e. tiff, jpeg, ai, etc...).

PLEASE DO NOT name your file something vague like sticker.jpg, sticker.psd, scan.jpeg, etc.
Artwork with vague names can create problems trying to match up art to verification requests
and will result in a delay in responding to you.

Here's an example of how to name your artwork:
bandname.description.filetype
Ublisch.FlamingSkull.tiff
Ublisch.NuallaLogo.jpeg

You must name / rename your artwork file on your computer before you can upload the file after submitting this info.

Do not use any spaces or create file names longer than 32 characters; you will not be able to upload the files.
